Have you had previous experience as a GM?
I was a GM on this server called PhoenixMS, but I doubt you have ever heard of it.

What could you do to help our server?
The question should more like "What can't you do?" Basically I can do everything and anything. I say that that is enough to bring.

How long are you able to play every day?
Bunch of hours. Mainly at night.

You drop a Wizet Hat and someone else picks it up. What do you do?
Ha, I remember accidentally doing this. Well give them an ultimatum; either give me the hat back or banned. Pretty simple choice.

Someone asks you to start an event. What do you do?
What do I look like, some sort of event machine? But I would probably think about it and if enough people are on and willing I would make something up.

Have you played gMS? If so, what level were you and for how long?
I played GMS for like 2 years on and off. Got my main toon to 60, and a few others into the 40s.

Do you have any experience in video-making, graphics editing, C++, or Javascript?
I am a Computer Science major, I better know something simple like C++ or Javascript.

Tell them to talk to Spinel, she'll help you out.

Someone smegas that they were jailed unjustly. What do you do?
Smega back, "LOLOLOLOL." XD then talk to them and ask any other GMs on what happened and why they are in there.

Someone asks that you ban someone else for [insert reason here]. What do you do?
Tell them I need proof of them breaking the rules to ban them. In fact, I might ban that person who asking me that. I 'aint no banning machine.

You see someone speed hacking. What do you do?
Banhammer.

What level are you in our server?
As I am writing this, 143. Kinda slacking.

Do you ever plan to donate?
I donate to everything. I donated to Andrew enough. PayPal makes it too easy. So, uh.. yeah I do.

Well we can't have people running around the server with Wizet Hats, right? Lets say if I accidentally dropped one and they picked it up without knowing what it was, I would talk to them, they say no then I would jail them. Keep 'em in jail till they give the hat up. If they continue to say no, I would ban them.

If someone asked me for !dropitem 1002140 and I wasn't paying attention, then they know what they are doing and I would ban them after only asking once.

Well I said like I could talk to them and put them in jail and only banning as a last effort. And unless there is a command to take items from someone then that is the only way I know.

Like I know that you can manually edit people's items somehow, but Lone would have to do that. And the question is what would I do.
