You drop a Wizet Hat and someone else picks it up. What do you do?
Well, I'm never gonna drop a Wizet Hat in the first place. If that's even possible for me, I'd ask for it back (politely), and warn them that if they don't give it back, it can result in a ban. If they fail to listen I will ban them. (IMHO, there's no reason for a jail- If they understand the first time, there's no reason to repeat myself.)
Someone asks you to start an event. What do you do?
I never like to do events alone. If another GM is free then I'd talk to them to see if they'd like to do one. If not I'll decline the suggestion. (For now)
Have you played gMS? If so, what level were you and for how long?
Yes I have but only until level 30 and then I quit. It was way to hard to level. =/
Do you have any experience in video-making, graphics editing, C++, or Javascript?
Unfortunately not but when school starts again I'll be in webdesign and learn C++, etc.

8- Still buggy (of course)- Some small bugs, I would consider hamachi to be removed (not a lot of people like it) and of course, the lack of people.
Someone asks you to spawn them a Papulatus Second Form. What is your response?
"If you can beat the first form, then you can kill the second form" and spawn the first form of pap. (MAYBE, sometimes I'd actually spawn the second form... but meh xP)
Someone smegas that they were jailed unjustly. What do you do?
I'd warp to them and talk with them about the situation and then talk to another GM about their side of the story, from there I will decide whether to unjail them or keep them in jail for a little while longer.
Someone asks that you ban someone else for [insert reason here]. What do you do?
Talk to them and find out if they aren't lying. (Duh)
You see someone speed hacking. What do you do?
Ban them.
