I ask for it back nicely if he doesn't listen i will jail and after that still nothing i will bann

Someone asks you to start an event. What do you do?
It depends if i am in the mood for one i will but if not i will tell them maybe later =P

Yes my account was hacked but it was only like lvl 48 sin or something

Again it depends if i want to or not i might be in a lazy mood

Someone smegas that they were jailed unjustly. What do you do?
Ask who did it? Talk to the GM who did it and ask why then unjail if he really didn't do anything wrong

Someone asks that you ban someone else for Abusing/Hacking. What do you do?
I check to see if they where and if so i will ask them to stop if Abusing and if hacking bann on site

You see someone speed hacking. What do you do?
Bann on site

Yes when i can i will in a little debt at the moment
